One of the most sensual attires of all times, sarees can make you look elegant no matter how you drape them. But finding the right pattern and fabric that suits your body type, style and personality, could be a difficult task.

Katan Silk – Katan silk is a sub-variant from its original structure of Banarasi brocade. Katan, a thread is prepared by twisting different number of silk filaments according to requirement, gives a firm structure to the background fabric. Katan is a plain woven fabric with pure silk threads. It consists of two threads twisted together and is mostly used for the warp of light fabrics.
Tanchoi Silk – Tanchoi is a plain woven body with one color extra weft- one color weft and one color warp. Relative to the Jamawar, it is lighter and softer.

The word is derived from the Persian words- Ghalam (pen) and Kari (craftsmanship), meaning drawing with a pen (Ghalamkar).However this hand painted on a cream based Tussur would not only give a rich look to your wardrobe but it is a must in your trousseu.
Rolling Net – a Rolling Net saree is the best way to look sensuous, stylish, elegant and beautiful. Sournachuri Vishnupuri – The elegant Sournachuri silk sari of West Bengal is famous worldwide because of the intricate patterns and figurines that are created on the sari. Despite the intricate craftsmanship of the weavers to create these masterpieces, these saris are now fast becoming a legacy on the verge of extinction, owing to the limited weavers of Vishnupur.
Vishnupuri saris originate from West Bengal at Vishnupur in the Bankura district which bears similarity with the kataki designs of Orissa. The weavers make plain silk fabrics in rich and varied textures using Tussar and mulberry silk. The specialty of this saree is that the palla has mythological stories depicted with fine gold zaris in it.
Yellow-Chanderi-with-Gold-Booti-motif-1-600x600Chanderi Silk – Chanderi sari is a traditional sari made in Chanderi, Madhya Pradesh, India. According to mythology it was said that Chanderi was founded by Lord Krishana’s cousin Shisupal. Chanderi saris are produced from three kinds of fabric pure silk, chanderi cotton and silk cotton. Muslim and the Koshti weavers dominate the craft which gained popularity during the Mughal period.
Muga Silk – Muga silk is the product of the silkworm endemic to Assam. The silk is known for its glossy fine texture and durability. The unique quality of this fabric is that the luster of the silk increasing with every wash.
Georgette – Georgette is a sheer, lightweight, dull-finished crêpe fabric named after the early 20th century French dressmaker Georgette de la Plante. Originally made from silk, Georgette is made with highly twisted yarns. Its characteristic crinkly surface is created by alternating S and Z twist yarns in both warp and weft. This lightweight saree is a must for the quick drape. With ahigh heel footwear and a statemental earring you are all set to rock a party. We suggest colors like Maroon, Yellow, Wine Red etc.
Dupian silk – Dupian silk is a plain weave crisp type of silk fabric, lending a highly lustrous surface to the fabric. We suggest this self colored saree for your corporate dine out with your hubby.
Geecha Silk – Geecha silk is silk spun from natural cocoon, with the rawness being its fashion quotient. Its high quality fabric provides a glossy finish to the sari. The silk is light weight and its high quality of natural fabric makes it durable. Your suggestion for you would be to have an alpha waved Geecha silk.
